Projects

This is just a list of projects that I'm doing or plan on doing, most of these are for my own watching so they may or may not appear on the list for requests (and they won't if they're licensed). This is just a way for me to keep track of things. If you can help in any way by providing source DVD's or scripts, or can help me type up or OCR a script, please e-mail me - I'm always looking for help.

Title: Hime-chan no Ribon TV series
Status: Future project - waiting for R2 DVD's to arrive.
Notes: Bought the R2 DVD's for volume 5-8, waiting for them to arrive, hopefully I'll acquire the rest of the series sometime too. Looking for anyone willing to help time and re-create the Tomodachi fansub scripts for this, it'll speed things up that's for sure.

Title: Key the Metal Idol OVA
Status: Future project - waiting for R2 DVD's to arrive.
Notes: Bought the R2 DVD's, waiting for them to arrive. This is a personal subtitling project and will not be available for request.

Title: Legend of Basara TV series
Status: Current - working on timing and typing script for episode 2-13.
Notes: I have the R2 DVD's for this, but need to type up the script and make sure the timing is OK. This is a lower priority project, if anyone has an English script ready or is willing to help with typing it up, please contact me. speed things up that's for sure. If anyone wants to sub the extras let me know.

Title: Perfect Blue Movie
Status: Completed
Notes: Bought the initial release R2 DVD and put Manga Ent's subs on them, this was another personal project because I wanted Perfect Blue in widescreen format. Since this is licensed, it will not be available for request.

Title: Please Save My Earth OVA, Movie, and Music Image Video
Status: Current - working on edit the movie script, notes, and menu.
Notes: Please Save My Earth, if you can't tell, is my favorite anime. It was licensed by Viz long time ago and you can still find the DVD if you look in the right place, the that disc has been out of print as of September 2007 and I've always wanted a nice R2 fansub of it. I have the Korean DVD's of the series, but I'm waiting to buy the rest OVA's on Japanese DVD to sub it. If I ever get around to subbing the OVA's I may or may not put it up for request, the OVA's are out of print but that doesn't necessarily mean that Viz no longer holds the license - so that may just end up a personal project. The Movie and Music Image Video I do have the Japanese R2 DVD of and am currently working on subtitling and creating a menu. I have the music image video script timed and need to time the rest of the movie and type up the second script as well as some fansub notes. The movie and music image video will be available as a DVD5 compressed by DVD Shrink, or on DVD9 once I set up DVD9 distro.

Title: Sailor Moon TV series and Movies
Status: Current - working on script timing and notes, acquiring R2 sources

Notes: A project near and dear to my heart, Geneon and ADV's license for the show has expired so I'll be slowly working on this project. I have a few of the discs already finished, and I have a few of the other R2 DVD's on hand.

Title: The Vision of Escaflowne TV series
Status: Future project - waiting for R2 DVD's to arrive.

Notes: Bought the R2 DVD's, waiting for them to arrive. This is a personal subtitling project and will not be available for request, although I might make the discs with the new footage available that was put into certain episodes as these are not available in the US.
